Roof Repair FAQs
Have questions about roof repairs? Learn when a roof can be repaired, how long repairs take, what common roofing problems we fix, and when replacement may be the better option.
Can my roof be repaired instead of replaced?
Many roofing problems can be repaired if the damage is localized and the roofing system still has useful service life remaining. During our inspection, we'll determine whether a repair is a practical long-term solution or if a roof replacement would provide better value.
What types of roof repairs do you perform?
We repair residential and commercial roofing systems, including architectural shingles, standing seam metal, Duro-Last® PVC, TPO, EPDM rubber roofing, flashing, roof penetrations, ventilation components, and other common roofing details that can develop leaks or damage.
How long does a roof repair take?
Most residential roof repairs can be completed in a single day, depending on the extent of the damage and weather conditions. Larger commercial repairs or repairs involving specialty materials may require additional time, which we'll discuss before work begins.
Do you provide emergency roof repairs?
Yes. If your roof has been damaged by high winds, fallen tree limbs, hail, or another unexpected event, we can provide emergency roof repairs or temporary roof tarping to help protect your property until permanent repairs can be completed.
Will my repaired roof match the existing roof?
Whenever possible, we use materials that closely match your existing roofing system. While exact color matches may vary due to age, weathering, or discontinued products, we always strive to make repairs blend naturally with the surrounding roof.
How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?
The best way to know is through a professional roof inspection. We'll explain the condition of your roof, identify the source of any problems, and provide honest recommendations so you can make an informed decision without unnecessary repairs or replacement.
